Achievements:
Successfully led a team which streamlined the processes of Institut Wawasan. We ensured that these processes are compliant to ISO 9001 requirements and subsequently, the organisation managed to pass the official audit and obtained the ISO 9001 certification.
Successfully led the development of a Technical English programme specially tailored for Manufacturing Specialists in Intel Malaysia. The programme was approved by the Training Department of Intel Malaysia.
Co-led the marketing team for the programme, which managed to attract 178 Intel employees and generated over $80,000 revenue.
Developed the framework for a Train the Trainers programme for Infogenius which was approved by the Malaysian government. The programme was targeted at college educators
